The proposal is a five year forest operating plan for Districts 17 and 18 that outlines timber harvest plans, silviculture treatments and primary road locations. In District 17, approximately 273,000 cubic metres of timber will be harvested and approximately 48 kilometres of primary access roads are to be constructed on a parcel of approximately 129,000 hectares of productive forest land. In District 18, approximately 650,000 cubic metres of timber will be harvested and approximately 180 kilometres of primary access roads will be constructed on a parcel of approximately 159,000 hectares of productive forest land.
