Accountability Requirements The Policy and Planning Division is responsible for fulfillment of the Department’s planning and reporting requirements under the Transparency and Accountability Act. This includes development of the departmental strategic plan, which outlines the Department’s strategic issues and goals for a three year period, as well as annual performance reports, which report on the progress made toward achieving these goals.
