Commercial titles are available where no land use conflicts exist, and within municipal and planning area boundaries provided the Municipal Council gives written approval
- Non-Tourist Commercial Resource Based Camps
Commercial resource based camp licenses are available where no land use conflicts exist, and within municipal and planning area boundaries provided the Municipal Council gives written approval. Licences are issued for a term of five (5) years and are renewable.
- Agriculture Leases or Licences
Agriculture leases and licences are available where no land use conflicts exist, and within municipal and planning area boundaries provided the Municipal Council gives written approval. Agriculture leases are issued for a term of fifty (50) years and must be approved by the Agrifoods Branch of the Department of Natural Resources.
- Aquaculture leases and licences
Aquaculture leases and licences are available where no land use conflicts exist and are subject to the approval of the Aquaculture branch of the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture. Licences are issued for a period of five (5) years and leases are issued for a term of fifty (50) years.
