This manual outlines the protocols for the various components of the Water Resources Management Division’s drinking water quality monitoring activities. It is an integral component of the in-house Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. The manual was prepared to:

• serve as a reference guide for staff involved in drinking water quality monitoring; and
• ensure a consistent approach for drinking water quality monitoring.

This manual is intended to be dynamic in nature, and will be modified as the program and activities develop or change. Last update - January 2012.
