Entering Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve is free, though fees are charged for guided tours.
Guided tours can be arranged by calling the interpreter at 709-454-7795:
There are no fees involved in obtaining scientific research, commercial operator, or educational tour permits.
Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve can be accessed year-round. Guided tours occur only in summer-this is also when most of the plants are in bloom, icebergs and whales appear offshore, and many birds use the Cape for breeding.
